MERCALLI AVVOCATO DIFENSORE DEI NO TAV CON I SOLDI PUBBLICI. ORA FAZIO INVITI GLI AGENTI FERITI IN VALLE DI SUSA
“Quanto avvenuto ieri sera nella trasmissione ‘Che tempo che fa’ va al di là di ogni giustificazione possibile: Luca Mercalli ha utilizzato il servizio pubblico per un’arringa difensiva a favore delle due ragazze arrestate dopo gli ultimi incidenti a Chiomonte, dicendosi indignato per il fatto che in questo Paese ‘si viene arrestati per il semplice fatto di indossare una maschera antigas’. E’ da considerarsi normale che un metereologo, lautamente pagato con i soldi dei contribuenti, utilizzi la tv pubblica per esaltare l’illegalità e difendere comportamenti violenti diretti contro lo Stato?
Non è in questione la libertà di opinione, perché nessuno mette in discussione il legittimo dissenso di Mercalli nei confronti della Tav, bensì il fatto che Mercalli abbia scambiato l’Italia per il Sudamerica degli anni ’70 e faccia passare i No Tav come tanti guerriglieri simil-comandante Marcos impegnati nella selva valsusina. Forse dimenticandosi che, nonostante il nostro Premier assomigli sempre più a un caudillo, l’Italia è un Paese dove le forze dell’ordine e la magistratura difendono le decisioni prese da istituzioni democratiche. Istituzioni che si chiamano Unione Europa, Parlamento italiano, Regione Piemonte, Provincia di Torino, ecc. Un Paese dove chi è contrario alla Tav può fare ricorso alla magistratura, come è avvenuto già decine di volte, con esito sempre sfavorevole ai No Tav.
E quando in un Paese democratico succede che centinaia di persone armate assedino un cantiere, provocando 319 feriti e contusi tra le forze dell’ordine, lo scandalo non sta nel fatto che due persone siano state arrestate, ma, piuttosto, che gli arresti si siano limitati solo a quelle due persone.
Pertanto, mi aspetto da Fabio Fazio, nella sua veste di responsabile della trasmissione, che la prossima settimana inviti uno degli agenti feriti a Chiomonte o uno degli operai che tutte le mattine si recano al lavoro ricevendo insulti, sputi e minacce (per il solo fatto di volersi guadagnare onestamente lo stipendio) oppure il carabiniere che ha avuto il fegato spappolato da una biglia di ferro. E faccia raccontare loro quello che realmente avviene in Valle di Susa.
Sarebbe bene che si cominciasse a denunciare in modo chiaro il tentativo da parte di personaggi come Luca Mercalli di ‘falsificare’ la natura del movimento che si contrappone alla Tav: un’operazione ideologicamente analoga a quella che oltralpe la sinistra salottiera francese ha fatto di Battisti, che da bieco terrorista di terz’ordine è stato dipinto come un ribelle romantico perseguitato dallo Stato fascista.
Ancora una volta dobbiamo ricordare che la legalità e la democrazia non albergano tra le frange violente dei No Tav, ma tra le forze dell’ordine e la magistratura che difendono quel cantiere e le leggi dello Stato. Ciò che è ancora più grave è che questa basilare distinzione oggi la si debba ricordare anche alla televisione pubblica.
