Crisi alla Defendini Oggi il comitato di sorveglianza

«Defendini», ultimo appello. Stamane si insedierà il comitato di sorveglianza con il compito di ripianare il dissesto dell’azienda, 7,5 milioni il «buco» accertato dalla Procura, e cercare di ricostruirle un futuro. Lo compongono Giovanni Castelluccio, il presidente, affiancato da Lorenza Morello e Daniela Paradisi in qualità di esperti. Ne fanno parte anche Gtt e Most srl, entrambi creditori di «Defendini». Giancarlo Innocenzi, invece, è il commissario straordinario.
Come spiega la Morello, unica piemontese nel Comitato, la partita è complessa: i 12 milioni di utile del bilancio 2010 quest’anno scenderanno a 6, al netto dei debiti. In una parola, è arrivata l’ora delle scelte: puntare su una liquidazione rateale del debito o rinviare il saldo al 2012, mettendo in conto l’aumento degli interessi. La partita per garantire un futuro all’azienda, e ai suoi 140 lavoratori, non è meno impegnativa. Una delle strategie, aggiunge la Morello, prevede di puntare sulle risorse umane, vero patrimonio di un marchio attivo dal 1926: magari lavorando per trasformare «Defendini» nell’«alter ego» di Poste Italiane sul mercato torinese.
Si vedrà. Al momento resta il «buco» ma anche i crediti, come ricorda Stefano Esposito: «Mercoledì Gtt ha pagato 210 mila euro. Palazzo civico, invece, era in debito con Defendini di 2 milioni prima dell’arrivo del commissario straordinario. Soldi congelati con la motivazione che potrebbero servire per pagare i creditori. Non è finita. Dal 9 marzo il Comune ha maturato un debito con l’azienda di altri 900 mila euro: 400 mila sono stati versati lunedì».
Un problema nel problema, spiega il deputato del Pd: «Non si tratta solo di pagare gli stipendi. Non avendo liquidità, Defendini non può garantire le fideiussioni e quindi partecipare alle gare». Emblematico il caso di quella bandita dal Comune qualche tempo fa: «L’azienda è stata esclusa. Per fortuna Poste Italiane ha presentato ricorso contro il bando, determinandone l’annullamento e riaprendo la partito». Conclusione: «Comprendo le difficoltà degli enti locali, ma in tempo di crisi tutti devono fare la loro parte».
